MyBHF is the BHF’s first ever paid membership product which brings curated health and wellbeing tips, information and ideas straight to the supporter’s inbox, as well reminding them of the impact of our work.

Insight told us that our audience had a desire to make healthy changes, but wasn’t ready to commit to anything too drastic. We wanted to come up with something that felt warm, uplifting and motivating, and eventually we landed on the concept Steps to a healthier tomorrow. Taking inspiration from apps like Headspace to create something friendly, fun and distinctive from anything the BHF had done before.
